| How do I send my photo? | Send your photo to us either as a jpg or TIF file by email or mail a print to us for scanning. If you send the photo through email your cards will turn out best if the file size is about 1 to 1.5 MB in size. If you are unsure how to prepare the photo to send, please contact us by email and we will give you more detailed instructions. Photos that you mail to us will be returned to you with your completed order. |
| May I use a photo taken by a professional photographer?

Yes, however you must obtain permission from the photographer in the form of a photo release |
| Do you send a proof to me before printing the order? | Yes, we send proofs either by e-mail or U.S. Postal Service, if you prefer. Just let us know which method you'd like when you place your order.E-mailed proofs shorten the time it takes to receive your final order, but if you are not in a hurry, there is no substitute for having the actual card in your hands. |
| After I place my order, when will you ship to me? | We will e-mail or mail a proof to you within 3-5 days of receiving your order, and then ship the final order to you within 3-5 days after you give us the okay to print. The turnaround time is longer from Oct. 1st through Dec. 31st of each year due to an extremely high volume of holiday card orders. During that time, we can give you an estimate of date of completion when you submit your order. |
| How do I pay for my order? | You may pay with a credit card online through PayPal's secure payment service. Just click on the "Buy Now" button next to the item you wish to purchase.Or, you may prefer to pay by check. Send a check payable to Cheri Litwinovich with your photograph (if applicable) and completed order form. |
| How do you ship my order? | Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. |
| Just what is "Custom Design"? | We prefer to make each card order unique for you. We determine the design based on your likes and interests (casual, sophisticated, favorite colors, etc.), as well as designing to enhance the photograph you send. Give us as much information as you can about your vision of the finished card you want and we will do our very best to design that card for you. Your cards will be more personal that way and will be enjoyed so much more by the people who receive them. |
